- Print advertisements will be placed in local real estate publications
- Just listed cards will be mailed to select prospective buyers
- I will pre-qualify when possible all prospective buyers
- Monitor the marketplace and keep you updated of new sales and listings
- Upon receipt of an offer, represent your highest interests and negotiate the best price and terms, then ensure that all contracts and disclosures are legally binding and properly executed. My interest will always be your best interest, I have a fiduciary responsibility to you only!
- Oversee all Title, Escrow, Inspections and Mortgage issues to ensure a timely and successful close of escrow. This is where my experience can really save you time and money!
